Testting industry product high performance lightweight cement

Cement Kien khe joint stock company was established in 1980,  with production line shape kilns. It was transformed the dry process kiln system with capacity 300 tons clinker per day in 1990. The production lines has automation system control produces. Laboratory of the company has modern instruments for control product system.

The results analysis of clinker show that the clinker had characteristics in accordance with required of design. Clinker was produced testing industry with the number of 1000 tons.

Lightweight cement is produced by grounding ordinary clinker with 3,5% gypsum and blended  lightweight additives making density from 12.50 lb/gal – 13.50 lb/gal (1.5 – 1.6 g/cm³) and has comfortable ratio proposal improved structure of hard cement.

The slurry of high performance lightweight cement has been manufactured by suitable ratio blended lightweight additives and clinker. Which takes hard cement construction having more characteristic than others lightweight cement. 
         - The slurry has good rheology, lower free water, controlling the thicking time accordance requirement in time casing wells. 
         - The hard cement is stability high temperature environments and high pressure, resistant erosive environments, the decrease permeability, durability and  stopped the cracking when it had shut the bearing bed.

The successful testing industrial scale production of high performance lightweight cement, it can belive high quality and stability.
