Vietnam Institute for Building Materials (VIBM) and Tianjin Cement Design & Research Institute (TCDRI) - China - have worked for orienting the ability for cooperation.

On the occasion of visiting to Vietnam, Delagation included 5 engineers and experts held by Chief Engineer Yu WeiMIN- Director of Center for Science and Research belongs to TCDRI visited VIBM. The delegation was warmly received on the morning March 15th, 2007 by Dr. Thai Duy Sam, General Director of VIBM and Dr. Luong Duc Long , Deputy General Director of VIBM and some others researchs.

At the reception, the two sides have introduced to each other the functions and activities of each side to discuss the cooperation contents. VIBM looked forwards to a close collaboration with TCDRI in experience designing cement production technology with capacity of 2500 tons/day. Two sides have friendly exchanged more details about capacity cooperation in consulting, designing and supplied equipment for Cement Grinding Factories in Vietnam.
Two parties believed to have a long - term and effective cooperation in research and development of technical advances which can be used in Cement Industry.
